Secret Pal Friendly

Want to send an anonymous blessing, a secret surprise? We are secret pal friendly! Choose the items you'd like to gift her with and put her address in the "ship to" field when you check out. In the comments box, type in "secret pal" along with your message (if you like). We'll include a gift card, but not to worry. Your name will not appear anywhere. You can't get any sweeter than this!

Going Green

Not with envy, however. We recycle packaging materials and some boxes, so don't be surprised if you have a variety of packaging in the same box. This saves money, both for us and for you!

Gift Certificates

Available in $10 increments, gift certificates are an option for someone who might rather choose their own fragrance or products.

Ordering

Secure, automated online ordering is available. Payment options include Visa, Mastercard or direct transfer through Paypal. To protect your personal details when paying online, your credit cards are processed through Paypal's secure server, and you do not have to be a Paypal member to use this service.

There is a $25 fee for issuing a chargeback to your credit card in error.

Personal checks or money orders are also accepted but will delay shipment of your order until the check or MO clears. There is a $25 fee for returned checks, sorry.

Taxes

4% AL state tax will be added to all orders within Alabama. Sales tax will not be charged to addresses outside of Alabama.

Hours of Operation

We are open Monday through Friday, 9-5. Our soap kitchen is not open to the public, so we do not allow walk-ins. However, if you are local to me and call ahead, order pick up or drop off can be arranged. We happily answer phone calls during business hours, but if we are unable to answer, please leave a message with your phone number and we will return your call as quickly as possible. 256.233.3426. Returns

We are confident you will love our products, and hope that returning something would never enter your mind. But just in case you need to, all retail orders come with a 30-day money back guarantee. Simply return product with original invoice and a note stating explanation for return. We will gladly refund your purchase price, or replace the product. Sorry, but shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping/Handling

At this time, we ship in-stock items to U.S. destinations, within 1-3 business days after payment is received, M-F, excluding holidays. On the rare occasion we cannot, we will notify you. Most orders are shipped by US Priority mail, but we reserve the right to ship by UPS ground shipment, depending on the products ordered. In case of missing or damaged merchandise, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. If your package is returned because the wrong address was entered, a $3 processing fee will be added.

Privacy

We don't like junk mail or spam, and we're sure you don't either. For that reason, we will never share your personal information with anyone.
